4. Let’s talk about refunds. What if I’m not happy with my purchase, right? What can I do?
• We can only provide a refund in the event that neither one of the unique access codes has been activated within 72 consecutive hours (3 consecutive days) from time of purchase.
• If either partner activates their unique code or it has been more than 72 consecutive hours (3 consecutive days) since purchase, we are no longer in the position to offer a refund
• Refunds are remitted back to the account used at the time of purchase only—no exceptions.

5. What will I receive upon purchase?
• Immediately after payment is verified, you will receive the following:
- One unique login access code provided to EACH couple separately directly to the provided email address. Be sure to give us a valid email account (not a throw away one) in order to receive your access code without delay.
- A downloadable PDF analysis report. (Yours only, NOT your partner’s.).

6. In what format will I receive the Prepare-Enrich Relationship Check-In Tool?
• Prepare-Enrich Relationship Check-In Tool and the downloadable PDF analysis report will be delivered virtually. No physical product will be shipped.

12. Who will have access to the results of mine and my partner’s downloadable, PDF analysis report?
• You will have access to YOUR report (not your partner’s). It is yours to keep and do what you wish with it. That said, your report includes the highly-detailed questions and your responses. So, for the sake of your privacy and relationship, we highly recommend that you DO NOT share the assessment report with family/friends, and definitely NOT on any social media platforms—ever. Thank you.
• Lawrence + Nathalie will receive an analysis of BOTH couple’s completed assessment compiled into one report as well.
• The small but necessary fine print: We DO NOT distribute, sell, or discuss analysis reports to third parties. Rest assured that all assessment reports stay between you and the owners of Lawrence + Nathalie (Lawrence + Nathalie Francis!)—unless you share/discuss results on social media, family/friends/acquaintances, etc.

14. Is the Prepare-Enrich Relationship Check-In Tool a ‘compatibility quiz’?
• No way, absolutely not! We certainly hope you and your spouse have already determined compatibility before your "I do!"

In addition, the Prepare-Enrich Relationship Check-In Tool SHALL NOT be used to determine if a marriage will be ‘successful’ or not or ‘survive’ or not.

The purpose of Prepare-Enrich Relationship Check-In Tool is to give you a snapshot of where each individual that makes up the two sides of the couple stands within eight core areas of a marital relationship at time of completion AND provide feedback in areas the couple should focus more on to strengthen their journey in oneness.

There are no “right” or “wrong” answers and thus, we encourage you to respond honestly (No fudging allowed—it’s not to your best interest) in order to get more accurate feedback vs. the feedback you think we want to see! Your results are not compared to other couples or against a standardized scale. Prepare-Enrich comprehensive marriage assessment tool is about YOUR relationship—not your relationship vs all of the other Mr. & Mrs. Joneses' relationship.

15. Is Prepare-Enrich Relationship Check-In Tool evidence-based?
• Yep! Prepare-Enrich company gave us their assurance that this assessment tool has been tested, tried, and true!

16. Do you recommend struggling couples at the brink of divorce to purchase Prepare-Enrich Relationship Check-In Tool?
• Unfortunately—and fortunately—NO.
• The purpose of Lawrence + Nathalie couple’s ministry is to educate, encourage, and empower faith-based courting, engaged, or (not so) newlywed couples to remain madly-in-love for as long as they both shall live. (Yep, we believe in the fo eva’ eva’!). Our mission is to equip couples to break up with the status quo of hard marriages and avoid the need of a counselor’s chair as long as possible—hopefully, forever!
• If your marriage already hit the rocks and you seek to purchase this assessment as a 'last ditch effort' to save your marriage, don't. We are NOT licensed marriage counselors and CANNOT conduct marriage therapy in any way shape or form. #sorry.

17. Does my partner have to attend the coaching session or, can I attend alone and discuss with my partner later on?
• We require both partners to be present for the review session.

18. How can we adapt the Prepare-Enrich Relationship Check-In Tool to our unique relationship situation?
• We’ll show you how the information presented inside of the downloadable PDF analysis report can be readily adapted to your unique relationship situation.
• We recommend that you use your own experience and sound judgment to consider all information presented to you to determine your ‘next-step approach.’
• Lawrence + Nathalie and its owners (Lawrence + Nathalie Francis) ARE NOT responsible for the conscious or unconscious carelessness or irresponsible usage of the analysis report and suggestive advice discussed during the coaching session.

19. What is your guarantee?
• None—this is YOUR relationship to make work. All lasting relationship success consists of a combination of several factors unique to the couple, as well as massive commitment, continual effort, and ACTIVE participation of each individual to the success of their marriage prior to, during and well past our time together.
• These are three things we CANNOT give nor do for you. Therefore, we DO NOT guarantee nor promote an affair-proof, abuse-proof, and/or divorce-proof marriage simply by working with us.
• That said, we do guarantee, however, that throughout the process we will be 1000% accessible to help you stay focused and accountable, navigate your roadblocks, and provide supplemental tools and resources as needed to make sure that the work you put in now keeps on giving you benefits long into the future during our normal business hours and agreed upon coaching period time!
